But with the help of the scheming Dr. Malatesta, love and laughter prevail. Sung in one brisk, 90-minute act, this sparkling comedy delivers on every note–every laugh. Pocket Opera presents Donizetti’s delightful one-act comic opera in English. This charming piece is timeless, witty and tender and features Robby Stafford, Abigail Bush, Orson Van Gay, and Ryan Braford. Conducted by Paul Dab with stage direction by Bethanie Baeyen.
